Data element definition

Data element definition is like a label we use to explain what something is. For example, if we have a list of foods and drinks, the data element definition would describe each item. For example, an apple would have a data element definition of "fruit", and milk would have the data element definition of "dairy product". Each item would have its own data element definition so we know what it is.
