Kinesics

Kinesics is the study of body language or nonverbal communication, which is how we communicate using movements and facial expressions instead of words. It is like a secret language that people use to send messages without talking.

For example, when someone crosses their arms, they might be angry or defensive. When someone smiles and makes eye contact, they might be happy or friendly. When someone fidgets or twirls their hair, they might be nervous or bored.

Kinesics helps people understand what others are feeling or thinking based on their movements and expressions. It is important to understand kinesics because it can help us communicate better and avoid misunderstandings. By paying attention to body language, we can figure out how others are feeling or what they want without them saying a single word.
