ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Online to offline

Online to offline (O2O) is a term used to describe when a company creates a connection between the online world and the real world. It is done by using technology and other tools that can help people use their computers, phones, or tablets to learn about a business or make a purchase. For example, a business might have a website that has information about their products and services, and then they could use O2O to make it easier to buy those products and services in person. This could be done by having a store with a staff that helps customers make the purchase or by setting up a system that allows customers to order online and pick up their product in the store. This way, businesses can make it easier for their customers to shop with them both online and in person.
