Osmotic power

Osmotic power is a way of making energy from the natural movement of salty water and fresh water. It works when salty water and fresh water meet and touch each other on one side of a special container called a membrane. The salt water is more dense and so on the other side of the membrane, it pushes the fresh water like a big, invisible hand. Then it gets sucked through the membrane, making a turn in a wheel or turbine. The turning wheel leads to a generator which makes electricity. Osmotic power is a clean way of making energy and it doesn't cause pollution.
