Persuasion

Persuasion is a way of getting people to do something or think something different by using reasons, words, or behaviors. It can be used to get people to change their mind or do something that they would not usually do. To do this, you need to tell a person why they should change their mind or do something—tell them why it would be better for them. This can be done in a friendly and gentle way or in a forceful way.
