Role suction

Role suction is a process where someone takes over a role or task from someone else. It happens when one person takes the responsibilities, such as work or tasks, from another person without them asking for it. For example, if your teacher is out and you see another teacher needing help, you can volunteer to take the role of teacher for that day and help out without being asked.
