Social engineering (political science)

Social Engineering is a way of changing people's opinions, attitudes and behaviour. It is often used in politics when someone wants to influence a large group of people to do something and to get them to support their ideas. Social Engineering is used to spread a certain message or idea and to get people to think and act in a certain way. It can involve things like speeches, protest marches, advertising campaigns and other forms of communication. It is usually used to influence people away from something they normally wouldn't do or to convince them to do something they normally wouldn't do.
