Gulab jamun

Gulab jamun is a yummy dessert from India that tastes kind of like a soft, sweet, doughy ball soaked in a syrup made from sugar and cardamom. It's usually made with milk powder and flour mixed together to make dough. Then the dough is rolled into little balls and deep-fried in oil until they're golden brown on the outside. Afterwards, the balls are soaked in the syrup for a while so they get super sweet and juicy. Finally, they're ready to eat and taste delicious! It's like eating a little cake that's really soft and soaked in syrup.
