Atlantic slave trade

The Atlantic Slave Trade was when people from Africa were taken to work as slaves in millions of different places all over the world. Slaves were forced to work very hard without any pay. They were taken away from their families and were not treated very kindly. Even though it was a long time ago, it's still an important part of history to remember.
